Account (Sr. Executive / Executive)

Manage company finances: General Ledger/Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgets, taxes, audits. Collaborate with auditors, handle payments, and maintain controls.

Job description

Posting entries, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and handling bookkeeping and accounts closing matters of the company.
Producing accounting reports, analysing financial information and summarizing financial status.
Familiar with progress billing and claims.
Participate in financial forecasting.
Assisting in financial statements and producing budgets.
Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
Liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
Handling payments (such as salary, claims, and other payment equivalents by company).
Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation.
Handling full set of accounts, either independently or with accountant’s assistance.
Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
Handle administrative matters of the Department.
Performing ad hoc tasks or other assignments when required by The Management.

Job requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
Required Skills: Familiarity with accounting software such as Autocount, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
At least 2-3 years of related experience in the construction or solar industry.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Organisational and time-management skills.
