Senior Account Executive (AP)

Handles posting entries, reconciling accounts payable, and managing bookkeeping and project costing. Prepares accounts payable aging reports and assists with payment planning. Supports procurement by monitoring inventory and scheduling deliveries. Participates in cash flow forecasting and ensures timely payments and loan instalments. Supervises accounts payable team and performs ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Posting entries, reconciling accounts payable, and handling bookkeeping and project costing.
Bi-monthly AP Ageing and weekly payment planning.
Assist procurement include monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that your company has a sufficient number of necessary materials or equipment.
Participate in cashflow forecasting local & currency.
Liaise with treasury department on cash movement process.
Ensure all outgoing payment is up to date in system.
Ensure monthly loan instalment & payment is on time.
Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
Monitoring and supervise account assistant (AP)
Performing ad hoc tasks or other assignments when required by superior.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
Required Skills: Familiarity with accounting software such as Autocount, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
At least 2-3 years of related experience in the construction or solar industry.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Organisational and time-management skills.
